✍ Short Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a U.S.-based marketing team and lead the development of high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other marketing materials. This role requires managing multiple complex proposals simultaneously, from initial kickoff through submission and interview preparation, while turning technical information into clear, persuasive content. You will ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, visual presentation, and consistency while working within tight deadlines aligned with U.S. Eastern Time. You will also contribute to improving proposal processes and templates and help train and mentor junior team members as the team grows.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple complex proposals simultaneously, managing each project from kickoff through submission and interview preparation.

• Develop clear, persuasive proposal content from technical staff input, using graphics and callouts to improve readability and communicate key information.

• Produce high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and introductory brochures within tight deadlines.

• Maintain accurate and consistent project information, resumes, and firm data across internal systems.

• Identify and implement improvements to proposal processes, templates, and workflows.

• Train and mentor junior team members on proposal tools and workflows as the team grows.

💡 Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience producing proposals and marketing materials, ideally within professional services.

• Strong written and spoken English skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Experience using AI tools in professional workflows.

• Background in real estate, construction, or design is a plus.
