✍ Short Description

We’re seeking a hands-on Influencer Marketing Specialist to execute and scale creator programs for two fast-growing beauty brands: L’ange Hair and OFIR Beauty. This role will lead creator sourcing, high-volume outreach, gifting operations, relationship management, content tracking, and compliance. The ideal candidate understands the beauty creator ecosystem, speaks “creator language,” and can turn creator activity into measurable results.

💼 Responsibilities

• Proactively source, vet, and engage beauty and haircare creators across TikTok, Instagram, ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, and other relevant platforms

• Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of creators aligned with L’ange Hair’s transformation-focused positioning and OFIR Beauty’s curated premium aesthetic

• Conduct high-volume creator outreach, negotiate deliverables, and coordinate product seeding

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, building authentic and long-term brand relationships

• Manage end-to-end gifting workflows, including address collection, product, shade, or tool matching, order placement, shipment tracking, and follow-ups

• Provide creators with product education, campaign details, creative briefs, and trend inspiration to support strong organic content

• Track creator content, brand tags, reach, gifted ROI, content output, and overall creator performance

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with performance insights, top-performing creators, and recommendations for future activations

• Audit creator content to ensure compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines and platform requirements, including proper use of #ad, #gifted, and #paid

• Stay current on beauty, haircare, social media, and creator trends to identify new partnership opportunities

✅ Qualifications (Must Haves)

• 2+ years of direct experience managing influencer, affiliate, ambassador, or creator programs within DTC beauty, haircare, or cosmetics brands

• Haircare experience is highly preferred

• Active, native-level familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including how creators use these platforms

• Experience with creator and affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or influencer management software

• Proven experience sourcing creators, managing outreach, building relationships, and coordinating product gifting at volume

• Strong understanding of creator selection, brand fit, and content quality beyond follower count

• Experience tracking creator performance and translating results into clear reporting and insights

• Working knowledge of FTC influencer disclosure guidelines and experience auditing creator content for compliance

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable managing multiple creator relationships and operational workflows simultaneously

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships while maintaining professional standards

• Passion for beauty, haircare, cosmetics, and emerging social media trends
