We're seeking a Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist to join a growing agency team. This role blends creative design with email marketing execution and automation — ideal for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building marketing assets that drive real results.

💼 Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality graphics for email campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials

• Create visually compelling layouts aligned with client branding and objectives

• Develop assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools

• Ensure all designs meet brand standards and are optimized for performance

Email Marketing

• Design, build, deploy, and schedule email campaigns across platforms including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign

• Perform QA testing across devices and email clients

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

Automation & Customer Journeys

• Build and manage automated email flows including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, and Lead Nurture sequences

• Assist with customer segmentation strategies

• Optimize automations for engagement and conversions

Content Support

• mWork from content and copy provided by the team initially, with the expectation to grow into writing subject lines, CTAs, and campaign concepts independently

• Proofread content for grammar, spelling, and brand consistency

✅ Qualifications (Must Haves):

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating email and marketing work

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar ESPs

• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

🎯 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building automated email flows and customer journeys

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Canva

• Background in copywriting, content creation, or marketing strategy
