✍ Short Description:
We are looking for an Appointment Setter to drive interview bookings, convert editorial interviews into paid memberships, and grow participation in the Beauty Seek Directory. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for executing outreach across email and Instagram, managing the free Directory membership funnel, and directly driving editorial revenue. You will execute daily outreach, book interviews, and follow up to convert leads into paid memberships.

⏰ Schedule: Full time, aligned with CST

💼 Responsibilities:
Daily Outreach & List Penetration: Execute 100 daily outreach efforts across email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and secondary platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) using a documented weekly penetration plan.
Free Directory Membership Growth: Drive qualified prospects to claim their free Beauty Seek Directory page. Ensure listings are completed and submitted as the first step in the editorial conversion path.
Interview Booking & Coordination: Convert conversations into recorded interviews. Manage scheduling, confirmations, and attendance to meet weekly interview completion targets.
Post-Interview Editorial Sales: Re-engage interview guests and qualified prospects to sell editorial membership packages, including single reports and premium packages.
Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain clean pipeline stages, follow-up schedules, and activity reporting across outreach, interviews, and closed editorial memberships.
💡 Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting, business development, sales development, partnerships, or outbound revenue roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to write clear, human outreach messages for email and Instagram.
Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
Experience managing a pipeline from first contact through closed sale.
Comfort using a CRM to track activity, follow-ups, and deal stages.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a strong bonus, especially for outreach to international providers or brands.
Bonus: Familiarity with aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or medical industries.
