Our client is a U.S.-based outpatient healthcare provider offering a broad range of medical services to individuals and families, including primary care, women's health, preventive care, mental health, and minor in-office procedures. They serve a bilingual, community-oriented patient base through an in-person clinical model with extended weekly hours.
✍ Role Overview:
We are looking for a Growth-Focused Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our client's social media presence and paid advertising across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube, with a clear focus on patient acquisition and lead generation. This person will build and manage the content calendar, create and edit engaging video and image content, and plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager. The role requires a highly proactive operator who proposes ideas, sets direction, and drives results independently.

💼 Responsibilities:
Create and edit engaging video and image content using raw material provided by the team, adapting it for each social media platform.
Manage and publish content across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistency with brand voice and visual identity.
Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing and patient acquisition goals.
Generate qualified leads through social media efforts, including organic content, messaging, and engagement strategies.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Own paid media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, including setup, execution, optimization, and performance tracking to drive lead generation and conversions.
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) and continuously optimize content and campaigns.
Proactively suggest new content ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies based on trends and audience behavior.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
💡 Qualifications:
Mid-level experience managing social media and paid advertising for brands or clients.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and creative testing.
Demonstrated ability to create and edit video and image content for Instagram (Reels, Stories), TikTok, and YouTube.
Experience owning a content calendar and driving social media strategy independently, without requiring close direction.
Strong understanding of brand voice and visual identity consistency across multiple platforms.
Proactive mindset: comfortable proposing ideas, pushing projects forward, and requesting raw content and inputs from stakeholders.
Advanced written and spoken English for client communication and community management.
Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
