We’re seeking a Senior Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing to own the strategic direction, client relationships, and long-term success of large and enterprise accounts. This role combines high-level strategy, execution oversight, and team mentorship, leading retention programs end-to-end while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a key contributor to team development and performance growth.

💼 Responsibilities
Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy for large and enterprise DTC clients, including roadmap development and long-term planning
Act as the primary client-facing strategic lead, managing relationships, leading calls, and guiding decision-making
Develop and execute retention strategies across email, SMS, segmentation, experimentation, loyalty, and subscription programs
Translate performance data into actionable insights, building executive-level reports and strategic recommendations
Manage scope, resourcing, and program priorities to align with client goals and contracted hours
Identify growth opportunities across channels, campaigns, and lifecycle stages to drive program expansion
Mentor and coach team members, supporting their development in strategy, execution, and client communication
Serve as a subject matter expert in lifecycle marketing, contributing to best practices, training, and internal knowledge sharing
Oversee execution quality, ensuring campaigns and flows meet high standards of performance, accuracy, and brand alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across all retention initiatives
✅ Qualifications (Must Haves)
5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, ideally with enterprise DTC brands
Strong expertise in lifecycle channels including email, SMS, segmentation, experimentation, loyalty, and subscriptions
Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive retention and revenue growth
Experience managing client relationships and leading strategic conversations with stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
Experience mentoring or leading team members in a marketing or agency environment
Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience working in agency environments managing multiple enterprise accounts
Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, or similar lifecycle platforms
Experience contributing to training, documentation, or process improvement initiatives
Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and advanced segmentation strategies
