ā Short Description We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline generation and earlyāstage opportunities within the supply chain and global logistics space. This role is focused on outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, building relationships with logistics decisionāmakers, and setting up discovery conversations with senior team members. You'll support revenue growth by consistently engaging target customers and helping articulate the value of smarter, techādriven supply chain solutions.

š¼ Responsibilities
Conduct highāvolume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels to identify and engage supply chain/logistics decisionāmakers.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand customer pain points, and articulate how the company's logistics visibility and freight services address those needs.
Set qualified meetings and demos with senior sales or leadership for deeper discovery and deal progression.
Build and maintain a clean, organized pipeline in the CRM, tracking activity, outcomes, and next steps.
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach sequences.
Support campaign and content alignment by providing feedback from frontāline prospect interactions.
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform outreach strategies and identify areas of strategic opportunity.
š” Qualifications
3ā5 years of experience in business development, sales development, or outbound BDR roles, with a proven track record of meeting quotas and hitting activity-based KPIs including outbound calls, emails, meetings booked, and meetings held.
Direct experience working with or selling to U.S.-based companies.
Solid understanding of the supply chain industry, particularly freight forwarding.
Strong spoken and written English proficiency (C1+), with the ability to engage logistics leaders and decisionāmakers confidently and professionally.
Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms for multiāchannel engagement.
Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and email campaigns.
Proactive and performanceādriven, with the ability to demonstrate value effectively and work toward structured pipeline and activity goals.
Organized with strong followāup discipline and a resultsāoriented mindset.
