They build innovative, hardware-enabled tracking solutions that help direct-to-consumer brands gain real-time visibility into package delivery through widely adopted consumer networks. The team operates in a high-ownership, execution-driven environment and is focused on scaling outbound growth to reach more U.S.-based D2C brands.
✍ Short Description:
The Lead Generation Specialist will own lead research, outbound campaign execution, and pipeline hygiene for the client's go-to-market efforts. This role is highly execution-focused and operational, supporting the sales team by delivering qualified, ICP-aligned leads into Salesforce and running structured outbound email campaigns.
You will work closely with the Founder, SDR, and leadership team, while they handle discovery calls and deal closing. Your mission is to build a clean, scalable outbound engine that consistently feeds high-quality opportunities into the pipeline.

💼 Responsibilities:
Lead Research & List Building
Research and identify companies that match the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, BuiltWith, and similar platforms.
Verify and enrich contact information (email, LinkedIn, phone when available).
Deliver qualified, ICP-matched leads into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Outbound Campaigns & Cadence Management
Build, manage, and optimize outbound email sequences using Instantly.
Write cold email copy (subject lines, body, CTAs) aligned with DispoTag’s value proposition.
A/B test messaging and iterate based on open, reply, and conversion rates.
Manage email warmup and deliverability best practices.
Monitor inbox replies and flag high-intent leads for founder or SDR follow-up.
Pipeline Hygiene & Reporting
Keep Salesforce fully up to date with lead status, notes, and activity.
Track outbound performance and report weekly metrics (leads added, replies, positive responses, booked meetings).
Maintain clean, organized pipeline data to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
💡 Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, outbound operations, or sales ops roles.
Hands-on experience with Apollo, Instantly, and CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).
Strong written English skills, especially for cold email copywriting.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and weekly performance reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with founders and SDRs.

Experience selling or prospecting into D2C e-commerce brands.
Familiarity with Shopify, logistics, fulfillment, or CX-related tools.
Experience supporting early-stage startups.
