✍ Short Description:
The Bilingual Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting inbound sales and customer service operations by engaging with potential clients who have already expressed interest in financial services. This position focuses on understanding client needs, providing clear information about available solutions, and guiding prospects through the initial stages of the service process. The role is highly goal-oriented and centered on building trust, maintaining consistent follow-up, and delivering a strong client experience across the full service cycle.

🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with PST

💼 Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from potential clients, address inquiries, and provide detailed information about debt settlement and consolidation services.
Build strong client relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending appropriate service solutions.
Follow up consistently on inbound leads to ensure timely communication and progression through the sales process.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
Manage ongoing communication with clients throughout the full service cycle, coordinating closely with internal teams as needed.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and debt negotiation teams to meet enrollment goals and deliver a high-quality client experience.
💡 Qualifications:
Experience in service-oriented sales or customer-facing sales roles.
Ability to handle inbound leads and manage goal-based sales environments.
Comfort working with CRM systems to track client interactions and progress.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual capability required.
Experience within financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
