✍ Short Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing Floowi’s inbound marketing strategy to convert existing traffic from SEO, LLMs, and brand search into qualified leads. This role focuses on building and improving conversion systems across the full user journey, from discovery to consideration and conversion. Acting as a close partner to the founder, the position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in areas where inbound marketing expertise is essential for sustainable growth.

💼 Responsibilities:
Design and execute Floowi’s inbound marketing strategy from the ground up, aligned with growth objectives and focused on generating qualified leads.
Define and map user journey touchpoints, building acquisition and nurturing funnels that support conversion across stages.
Design and manage the full email marketing architecture, including newsletters, nurturing sequences, automated flows, segmentation, and conversion-focused optimization.
Define, structure, and launch lead magnets such as ebooks, guides, and downloadable resources in close collaboration with the content and SEO strategy.
Design and oversee remarketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, coordinating execution with external paid media providers.
Measure and analyze inbound funnels, email campaigns, and remarketing performance, proposing data-driven optimizations to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
💡 Qualifications:
Proven experience designing and executing inbound marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of email marketing and lead nurturing, including architecture, automation, and segmentation.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute conversion funnels and lead magnets.
Functional understanding of SEO and its role within inbound marketing.
Experience working with external paid media providers.
Strong analytical skills to interpret inbound metrics and optimize performance.
Proficiency in English sufficient to work with tools, documentation, and content.
Basic to intermediate experience using HubSpot.
