We’re looking for a motivated and organized Sales Development Representative (BDR) to own the top of the sales funnel — from first contact to qualified meeting booked. This role is key to driving Floowi’s growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, nurturing leads, and keeping the sales pipeline active and organized for the Sales / Account Management team to close.

💼 Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and industry sources.
Focus on companies that can benefit from Floowi’s remote talent solutions.
Outbound Outreach & Follow-ups
Launch and manage outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls).
Conduct introductory conversations, identify pain points, and nurture leads until they are ready for a sales call.
Discovery & Meeting Booking
Run light discovery to understand needs and qualify leads.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings for the Sales Lead / Account Manager.
CRM Management
Keep the sales CRM fully updated at all stages — from first touch to qualified opportunity.
Ensure data is clean, current, and usable for reporting and forecasting.
Support on Proposals & Next Steps
Collaborate with the Sales / Account Management team to share client context.
Support proposal preparation and ensure a smooth handoff after meetings.
Data & KPIs
Track and report on activity and performance metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
✅ Qualifications (Must-Haves)
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client relations (ideally in recruiting, marketing, or B2B services).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups at once.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and Google Workspace.
Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable with outbound activity and structured follow-up.
