✍ Role Overview – Sales Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for a Sales Lead Generation Specialist to support the International Sales Team by researching, identifying, and organizing high-potential distributors in key global markets. This role is focused on research and list-building, not closing sales. You’ll use online tools, search engines, and AI to find qualified companies and key contacts, then organize and input that information into HubSpot so Sales Representatives can focus on outreach and closing deals.

💼 Responsibilities:
- Research and identify medical device distributors in targeted countries and segments (e.g., Surgical, Central Sterile, Endoscopy).
- Build and maintain structured lists of potential distributor companies using search engines, directories, and AI tools.
- Identify and capture key contacts at target companies (e.g., Purchasing Agents, Business Managers, Decision Makers).
- Organize company and contact data in clear documents or spreadsheets for review.
- Input and maintain all qualified leads and contact information in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Segment leads by country, product segment, and priority to support International Sales Representatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to refine ideal distributor profiles and improve lead quality over time.
- Help ensure Sales Reps spend their time on outreach and closing, not research, by consistently feeding them qualified leads.
✅ Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, sales research, market research, or similar roles (preferably B2B).
- Strong online research skills, comfortable using Google, LinkedIn, directories, and basic AI tools.
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) to input and manage lead data.
- High attention to detail and ability to organize large amounts of information clearly.
- Good written English (B2+), especially for reading websites and LinkedIn profiles.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently with clear targets.
🔍 Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B distribution.
- Experience generating leads for international markets.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for list-building and basic reporting.
