✍ Short Description:
We are seeking an experienced e-commerce coordinator to oversee day-to-day execution of a consumer digital strategy across owned and marketplace channels. The role focuses on platform operations, performance monitoring, and customer engagement, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to improve content, promotions, fulfillment, and overall experience. The specialist will track key KPIs, support retention initiatives such as loyalty and referral programs, and ensure digital marketing activities are running as intended, including agency-managed ads.

💼 Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily e-commerce operations across the company website, Amazon, and related digital channels.
- Develop and execute retention initiatives, including loyalty, referral, and email marketing programs, to drive repeat sales.
- Monitor campaign and site performance; analyze KPIs such as conversion rate, ROI, return rate, and CLV, and report insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve content, promotions, fulfillment performance, and customer experience.
- Identify new digital trends, technologies, and growth opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
- Oversee day-to-day checks of agency-managed ads on Meta and Google to confirm correct setup, pacing, and continuity.
💡 Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations (e.g., company site and Amazon).
- Experience executing digital marketing programs for retention (loyalty, referral, email) and tracking performance against KPIs.
- Understanding of marketing concepts: ability to monitor platforms and campaigns daily, interpret metrics, and escalate issues to internal teams or partners.
- Familiarity with regulated or compliance-sensitive environments and the implications for content, claims, and workflows.
- Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards across content, promotions, and fulfillment.
