โ Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI & BI Strategist to lead the integration of AI and BI tools into workflows and client services. This role involves designing, testing, and optimizing AI-driven systems to enhance automation, improve strategic planning, and unlock scalable performance in reporting, marketing, and operations. You will serve as the โAI bridgeโ โ translating vision into execution across strategy, creative, and client-facing teams.

๐ผ Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an AI strategy and implementation roadmap aligned with business goals
- Research and recommend AI tools to enhance automation, reporting, and content generation
- Automate internal reports (Facebook, PTP, Email/SMS) using AI + BI tools
- Build AI-powered templates for strategic planning, OKRs, and CMO workflows
- Streamline competitive research using AI to identify trends, ad strategies, and positioning
- Create scalable AI templates for briefs, campaigns, and creative assets
- Explore AI enhancements for paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok)
- Contribute to developing a client-facing AI services offering (self-serve, DWY, DFY tiers)
โ Qualifications:
- Proven experience architecting scalable AI/BI workflows and reducing manual processes
- Hands-on experience with tools like Looker Studio, Jasper, Make, ChatGPT, Midjourney
- Strong background in automating reporting, content, and strategy templates
- Up-to-date with AI trends, prompt engineering, and platform integrations
- Solid understanding of eCommerce, DTC, and performance marketing metrics
- Collaborative mindset โ able to work with strategists, creatives, and clients
- Self-directed and motivated to test, iterate, and refine processes

- Experience launching AI-driven service offerings
- Familiarity with paid media AI tools and optimizations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
