We’re looking for a highly proactive and relationship-driven Network Development & Community Outreach Manager to work directly with our client's Founder & CEO. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes connector—building relationships, spotting opportunities, and expanding the CEO’s network across high-value communities, online platforms, and local connections. This is about being the first to respond, initiating meaningful conversations, and keeping our network thriving and organized.

💼 Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Opportunity Capture
- Actively monitor multiple paid entrepreneur, investor, and industry-specific communities for opportunities relevant to our services and expertise.
- Ensure we are the first to respond to potential leads, positioning the CEO as a trusted resource and securing calls or meetings quickly
- Proactively initiate conversations and relationship-building in these communities using the CEO’s accounts and voice.
- Track ongoing discussions, follow-ups, and outcomes in a structured system.
Relationship Building & Outreach
- Identify high-value members in each community and initiate connections on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct personalized outreach to new members and relevant contacts, fostering rapport and arranging virtual or in-person meetings.
- Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn network, strategically connecting with new contacts and nurturing existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong local connections, scheduling coffees, lunches, dinners, and events with key individuals in the CEO’s target network.
Personal CRM Management
- Build and manage a comprehensive personal CRM for the CEO, tracking thousands of relationships, their interests, past interactions, and follow-up needs.
- Keep detailed, organized records to ensure the CEO is always informed and prepared before meetings.
- Maintain an active calendar of networking activities, ensuring consistent and strategic engagement.
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate both virtual and in-person meetings, including follow-ups and reminders.
- Work with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to ensure calendars are aligned and logistics are handled.
- Prepare background briefs for all key meetings, summarizing relevant details and past interactions.
✅ Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in relationship management, sales outreach, or community engagement.
- Exceptional written communication skills, able to write in another person’s voice.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Skilled in LinkedIn, community platforms (Slack, Circle, Mighty Networks), and CRM tools.
- Strong emotional intelligence and quick rapport-building skills.

- Experience working with founders, executives, or in startup environments.
- Background in high-level networking or business development.
- Familiarity with building and managing a personal CRM.
