✍ Short Description
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to help plan, build, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X, and TikTok. You will work behind the scenes (not client-facing), supporting the social media team with audience research, content and ad copy, campaign setup, tracking, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing social campaigns for different industries and business types.
💰 Compensation: 20–40 hours per week (hourly), competitive pay in USD
🌎 Location: 100% Remote – Open to candidates based in Latin America

💼 Responsibilities
Support and implement social media strategies based on client goals and industry
Research audiences and competitors to find the best opportunities
Write clear, on-brand copy for social posts and social ads
Support launching campaigns in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms
Build monthly social media content calendars around content pillars, trends, and industry news
Monitor and adjust budgets and bids to hit performance targets
Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager, social ad platforms, and GA4
Review performance and make ongoing improvements to audiences, messages, and creatives
Create regular performance reports with simple, actionable recommendations
Stay up to date on changes and best practices across major social platforms
💡 Qualifications
3+ years managing social media campaigns (organic)
Experience with paid media strategy
Strong experience with LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Experience with different campaign types (for example: lead generation, web conversion, awareness, app, conversation, document campaigns)
Proven ability to write effective copy and run A/B tests
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and insights
Experience working across multiple clients or brands at the same time
Excellent communication, organization, and time management
🎯 Nice to have
Experience with Canva or Figma for simple design work
Organic and paid experience on Reddit, X, and TikTok
Basic knowledge of paid search
