We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the Commonwealth team. This part-time role (20 hrs/week) is ideal for someone with a strong design portfolio, a deep understanding of email and social media marketing, and an eye for visually compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.

💼 Responsibilities:
- Email & Social Media Design: Design engaging templates and graphics to boost engagement and conversions
- Digital Content Creation: Create banners, infographics, and digital assets for web and social platforms
- Sales & Marketing Collateral: Produce branded decks, one-pagers, and materials to support business development
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines across all creative output
- Video Editing (Optional): Support editing of short videos for social media and marketing campaigns

- Strong portfolio showcasing a versatile range of design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of email and social media marketing best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organization
