✍ Short Description:
We’re looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell HVAC and Appliance Repair Technician courses. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role combining customer service with a strong closing ability. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls with qualified leads, guide prospective students through the enrollment process, and confidently close sales using a one-call close approach.

💰 Compensation: Competitive base salary + commissions.

🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+ level)

🌎 Location: 100% Remote

🕒 Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM (US EST)

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (US EST)

💼 Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound warm leads (30%) and perform outbound calls (70%) to engage prospective students.

• Use a one-call close approach to convert leads and confidently ask for the sale.

• Answer student questions and explain the benefits of enrolling in our courses.

• Use the Go High Level CRM to manage leads, track conversations, and schedule follow-ups.

• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

💡 Qualifications:

• Prior experience in phone or video-based sales.

• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and earn commission.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (training available).

• Experience selling to U.S.-based clients or students.
