🌟 Role Overview:
We’re looking for a WordPress Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our clients. You’ll build long-term relationships, deeply understand each client’s needs, and ensure our creative and development teams deliver high-quality results that exceed expectations. This is a client-facing role focused on communication, relationship management, and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal project team.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s goals, brand, and vision to ensure all deliverables align with their expectations.
• Translate client requests into clear action items for the project management team.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to clients on project progress.
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships that encourage long-term collaboration.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in account management or client relations in a digital agency or tech environment.
• Familiarity with WordPress. 
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and client service mindset.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote team environments.
