We’re looking for a consultative and proactive Sales Specialist to join our team and convert inbound leads into paying customers. This is a key role in a fast-growing startup, ideal for someone who excels at closing deals, building client relationships, and supporting post-sale processes. You’ll be responsible for engaging qualified leads, closing sales, managing client follow-ups, and keeping CRM data updated throughout the customer journey.
💰 Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commission.
🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+ level)

💼 Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of qualified inbound leads and guide them through the sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions to potential clients
- Close deals and ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding
- Follow up with prospects and clients consistently to ensure conversion and satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions in the CRM
- Support post-sale communications and client relationship management as needed
💡 Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in consultative sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Organized and comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar)
- Self-starter with a results-driven and client-first mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously

- Previous experience closing inbound leads in B2B or service-based companies
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or international teams
- Familiarity with pipeline management, follow-up cadences, and proposal creation
